3. Loading a Job and Assigning a Technician
If you are using Workshop Loading, you can load the job on to workshop by following this manual: https://learnsystime.auxosoftware.com/en/support/solutions/articles/51000419431-loading-a-job-to-workshop
4. Checking in the vehicle
Before work can start, the vehicle must be checked-in. If you are using Workshop Loading, this step is necessary so technicians can clock on to the job. If you are encoding the Timesheet manually instead of clocking on the job, this step is required for the Timesheet to pick up the WIP number. Refer to this manual on how to check-in the vehicle. https://learnsystime.auxosoftware.com/en/support/solutions/articles/51000419432-how-to-check-in-the-vehicle-to-the-workshop

8. Completing a job
Prior to invoicing a job, the labour line status must be C (Complete). The time taken cannot be zero and the technician should be populated. You can manually input this information if your system set-up allows manual entry of these fields and if your permission is high enough to edit these fields. Otherwise, these fields will be populated automatically when a technician clocked on/off the job or the timesheet is manually entered.
Refer to this link on how to use the clocking screen. https://learnsystime.auxosoftware.com/en/support/solutions/articles/51000419438-using-the-clocking-screen
