It is now possible to enable Service Estimates to be added to the Service History Tab.
Making it easier to see previous estimates and retrieve the estimate document.
Requirements
A new Service code for Estimates must be created.
e.g EST
This code must be added to the CS / AK / POS Parameters.
The field is ESTVHIS (will be added to the GUI screen in the future)
When printing the Estimate you will be presented with the box
You can enter a description for the Estimate
These will display now on the CRM Vehicle History Tab & History Button in POS
There is a POS Report DEH (on BLA) that can be used to delete EST lines from the service history if required.
NOTE
The POS Service Invoice format stationary should have the Archive Reference field checked / updated.
