In SDC, when the users create a WIP and add certain RTS codes, the system requires to trigger a PDF document to be printed, when a Job card is printed.
The RTS codes and the respective document to be printed is defined under the table CS>AK>rtspd.
If the documents are not printing in certain companies, for the same RTS codes that are printing in other companies, you can check CS> AK > Point of Sale > System Parameters. The RTSPDFMT field should have a PDF value in it, for the document printing to be triggered.
