Trademe has changed their system and are no longer allowing uploads of a csv file for your stock listings.
The only permitted upload method is via API
What does this mean for a dealership.
The upload to trademe will no longer be automatic
You must select valid values (That trademe has available) to successfully upload you stock listing.
This integration is based on v1.2.9 of the trademe specification document.

Viewing Listings
You can see your full trademe listings from the new menu option in VSB
This screen will display all records uploaded to dealerbase.
There is various filters you can select then click search again
Vehicles that have a difference in the Mileage / Price / VIN or Registration Number will have red text.
You can click on any listing from this screen to show the information that is currently uploaded
Any field that is red indicates that the value in VSB differs from what is on dealerbase.
If you hover over the value on the red items it will display the VSB value.
To update dealerbase you must enter the value manually on this screen and click Submit
To make a vehicle Active on Dealerbase you must click the Activate button.
Uploading a new listing
To upload a new listing to Dealerbase you must click the Trademe Icon within the VSB stockrecord.
Any red fields indicate these must be selected (The vehicle description is in the title Bar)
Click Create to upload the vehicle to dealerbase.
If you don't upload any photos the Status (Bottom left) will be failed with the reason why
In this case "A vehicle requires at least one image."
Uploading Photos
You must also select the photos you wish to upload to dealerbase
Photos are loaded against the VSB Vehicle in the normal way.
To upload photos to trademe click the images Icon
From this screen you can upload All photos or a single photo
Double click on an image ID to download the photo from dealerbase.
Right click on a single image if you wish to Delete it from dealerbase.
Removing Vehicles
If you wish to Deactivate a vehicle listing from dealerbase click the button
This will update the status to ended
You also have the option of having the vehicle active on Dealerbase but not on trademe
Viewing on trademe
When vehicles are uploaded to Dealerbase they don't become active on trademe Immediately
If the listing ID is blank then the vehicle is not yet on trademe - check back in a few minutes
Click the blue icon nect to the listing ID to take you directly to trademe to view the vehicle
Sale Price
You now have the ability to offer a lower sale price and have it reflect on dealerbase.
Things to be aware of
The moment that you click create on the vehicle it is then uploaded to dealerbase.
Any changes you make in Autoline will not make any automatic change to dealerbase.
Dealerbase is now the source of truth once the vehicle is created.
If you change a value in Autoline you must change the value on the Autoline Trademe screen and submit the change to Dealerbase.
When you sell a vehicle you must click deactivate to remove it from Trademe.
When you open a vehicle on the Vehicle Details screen it downloads the information and displays exactly what Dealerbase has currently loaded.
If you have manually uploaded a vehicle on the dealerbase website with an incorrect stock number you must log into dealerbase and correct this.
Autoline Consultant Setup
Create the Autoline CS NZ tables
Setup the parameters in CS NZ tdmpa
Copy the USERNAME & PASS from their existing Trademe Vehicle Upload (CS.NZ.vswww)
Copy the ID & SECRET from another live Autoline Dealership
DO NOT enter anything in TOKEN or REFRESH (leave Blank)

Go into the Trademe Interface In VSB Menu
Click Search
Click on Any Vehicle that is returned
Click Get Metadata
To deactivate the interface - remove the trademe parameters - or simple change the company number first column in the parameters to a non-existent company number.
