Where the standard text space to describe the work carried out is insufficient, extra text can be added to a WIP to create a story or add a note line.
This is done by simply typing " TXT" on the New Product text box.
Type in the story on the description box. Click OK.
This can be repeated as many times as necessary. Such text lines do not need to be costed or completed.
The #TXT box can contain 6 lines of extra text with max of 70 characters per line (total of 420 characters in a note).
There is also a Notes tab in the header where you can add notes.
In any WIP labour lines, there is also an option to add more text. If you click on the labour line, there is a button called "Text Lines" where you can add long text which you can print on either job card or the invoice.
