Reserved Stock
When an order is generated by a dealer the system will generate a prompt asking whether they want to Reserve or Order the vehicle. If you select “Reserve”, the vehicle will be moved to this progress code on the grid. These vehicles should be monitored and after the appropriate time the ordered must either be cancelled or confirmed i.e. changed to a confirmed order and moved to Transport Requested.
To cancel the reservation/order or to change the order in a confirmed order, select the “View” icon and from the drop down menu select “Dealer Order”
The dealer order will now be dispalyed. From the “File” drop-down menu select either “Cancel reservation” or “Confirm reservation”. You will then be prompted to confirm your selection or to abort.
