To add new cause code, go to Warranty module. Select the company. Go to Miscellaneous Options > Warranty Technical codes > Technical Codes Maintenance
Click Tech Code. Choose the appropriate option in the left hand side of the screen
To edit an existing code, click in the box where the code is listed and make the change. Click Save.
To add a new code, go to the bottom of the list. Enter the code and the description then click Save.
