Vehicle Tracking/Purchasing and receipts/Maintain shipments 
In Maintain Shipments you can open the shipment even if it is closed and amend the arrival date


You can tick the vehicles that they want to amend and set the arrival date and click on the blue symbol next to the tick by the arrival date.



Then save the record and the date will be updated.
