To move a vehicle from ordered to in production a blank VIN may not exist in the .activ file, this is seen as a duplicate key as all the records in .cases have a blank VIN.

Find the record with blank VIN in data maintenance and update it to match the format of the other records:

if not on set database auditing on for VIN in .activ to see if VINs are being altered to BLANK.
