This error sometimes come up in VSB

In the example below, the status is O while the progress code is M resulting in error.

That because account status O, does not have M in the list of valid progress codes. 

To resolve this issue, change the progress code to a valid progress code or change the account status to another status that allows M as the progress code (example M account status).
