There are instances where at ADL Peugeot and Citroen Labout value and Parts prices are wrongly calculated
1. Claim will show wrong labour price
2. Firstly check to make sure the Labour code is created in the Labour file in MS> P1 > Peugeot warranty options > Peugeot & Citreon labour codes
3. If these are PWA Claims ONLY,
- Click on the Generate Button then if the value is showing against the line, click on Apply
After a PWA has been accepted, there are times where they want to update the %. Press Reset Values to reset this back to 100% ensure all totals are on 100 each.
-Amend the dealer percentage, and supplier percentage for both labour and parts.
- Select apply values and apply % to update the details
-To save the changes Generate PWA Number
Approved values are in WA>Approvals>Add/modify approval record
This should fix the issue
4. If this does not fix Then click on Recalculate
