Two ways to email documents from Parts and Service WIPS


1) After taking the Action button,  Take Print, then Email




Deselect the Print option if you do not require a hard copy, select Email.

Email address held against the Sales Ledger account will default however this can be overtyped if you wish to use another address.  Take OK.




From/To/Subject  should default, enter a message and take tab, the Email and Email + print buttons will appear for you to select.


NB:  All four fields need to be populated to have access to the email options.


 

2) After taking the Action button take Print, Print direct


This option can be taken when you do not require a message to be sent with the email.



Deselect the Print option if you do not require a hard copy, select Email.
