The Hyundai Recall Campaign file is now loaded and updated daily on to an FTP location (ticket #213366 / SAS-7568)

The filename is Hyundairecalls.csv.

This can be set-up to run automatically in Timed Ops (refer to ticket #213366 / SAS-7568) . And can also be run manually. Refer to this KB user manual [Autoline] Hyundai NZ Recall Campaign : Systime Support (auxosoftware.com)

It can be run manually by users. Chargeable if Systime has to action it.

Set-up

Create the GFT record

Set-up the parameters in MS/HY > Hyundai Recall Campaigns > Import Service Recall File. (Select POS company)

Click on the Parameters button. Tick the Active check box and enter the relevant information.

In the import screen settings, select the correct option GFT

Select the GFT for Recalls Campaign
