If multiple technicians have clocked to a WIP the Technician Efficiency Report will not show any values in the drill down unless the technician has a cost against them.
This can be set in:
- Select Workshop Loading
- Select Resources
- Select Technician and amend
- Set the Hour cost of your technician to anything greater than 0.00 as per below
If this is set to 0.00 the system is unable to calculate the values so they are returned as blank for multi technician clocking
