Previously the CRM salutation was displayed in the VSB Customer Orders
Depending on the dealers preferred option for salutations, could mean that just a first name could display when trying to accept an order and lead to confusion in which order to accept.
A change was made in Autoline to display the customer's initials, first and last name - therefore making it easier to identify the correct order to accept.
