If the message Collection/Delivery booking appears it, it is advising that there has been a Collection/Delivery assigned to the booking:
If this is no longer required (or not meant to have been assigned originally), you can update the Workshop Diary to reflect this.
1. Load the WIP
2. Click on Load
3. This will load Workshop Launch Control screen - click on Load
4. If you only want to remove Deliver, Select Deliver only If you want to remove Collect and Deliver you will need to select both. In the example below, we have only selected Deliver to be removed
5. Select Exit
Please note: The WIP makes no distinction between Collection and Delivery therefore the message still displays as we only removed Delivery in the example above
6. Save the WIP and the changes will be recorded.
