If you are unable to locate or required to reprint a parts stock purchase order report, this can be done via document archive.
From the main menu in Autoline, select Document Archive>Retrieval Utility:
Select Purchase Control:
Select the relevant search sequence (for this example, we have used order number) then select Find document:
Enter the search sequence (order number) and then select search string:
Click on the order number and then select order OK:
Select the relevant output then select Display:
The Stock Purchase Order will then display and can be reprinted if required.
