There are three places within a wip to change the order status of a parts line
1. Right click on the status you want to change and select from the drop-down list
2. Double click the line to open Parts Detail. Change the Status from the drop-down on the top right of the screen
3. Right click on the heading P in the second to last column. You will be provided a menu where the From/To Order Status can be selected. This will convert every line of the same status to the new status. This option can sometimes work where options 1 and 2 do not.
