If a vehicles mileage has been recorded incorrectly and is higher than the actual mileage, this can cause an issue when trying to invoice a workshop job.

The error below advises that the mileage you are entering is less than the last recorded mileage.



To correct the previous mileage, clock OK, and back out to the WIP screen. With the WIP still open, click on the Vehicle button at the top of the screen. This will take you to the CRM vehicle record.



Once on the vehicle record, click on the Edit button, then click the Odometer button.



Enter the new mileage and the click OK.




Click Yes to update and continue.



Click Save on the vehicle record and exit back out to the WIP.

You will now be able to enter the mileage as required and continue to invoice the job.
