The functionality is available to remove the POS operator from the POS drop down list without deleting them from the POS operator file.

  1. To enable this feature, contact Systime Support to enable the parameter in Country Specific>NZ>Point of Sale>System Parameters:
  3.  When an employee leaves, the Employee leave date needs to be populated. This is done via System Utilities>Mangement Menu>User Details:
            Contact your System Administrator or Systime Support to have this field populated 

  1. On the POS Operator record located in
    Point of Sale>Misc.Options>POS operators the GB user ID needs to be entered against the POS operator record:

The system will now perform a validation therefore if an employee leave date is less than today, the POS operator will be removed from the drop down list in POS.

Note: It is important not to delete a POS operator record
