BMW can take a few weeks to have this ID generated. BMW are supposed to send through to Systime Support once they have them so the User record can be updated and have the ID added.
Dealers can also maintain these.

The Alternative UserID should be populated with a temporary ID if it is not supplied eg. Username_T (example below)

Dealers can run the SO.TMS Report (Copy from CCS BMW)
You may need to ask your administrator to give / authorise systime to add permission to the Country Specific NZ & AK modules.
How does this send in the Sales & Service Extract
In the case of a service invoice - the Owning Operator is used to determine the user code to send.
This is sent in the <DealerEmployeeCode> tag within the CASL XML file
