The Holden Trade Club Sales Extract is run manually by user on a monthly basis.
There is no Generic File Transfer set-up for this. User needs to type in the email address of the recipient manually. It is a good practice to send it to yourself, then forward it to the recipient. This way you get a copy of the same report that you are sending to the recipient.
To run the report, go to MS/HN > Holden Trade Club Menu > Trade Club Sales Export (XX) - XX is the company number. In this case it is company 85.
Enter the date range and email address.
The report comes as an attachment in the email
