Your event file is almost at capacity and you receive a CRM Stats error when opening CRM.
You can elect to summaries your event file by running the Create Stats Summary program. This will move entries out of the event file and add them to a separate summary file. This option allows the Statistic process to be quicker when searching the data in the event file.
Go to CRM>Miscellaneous Options>Statistics Options
It will default to the current year, change this to the year you want to summaries.
Change the date to the year you want to action, you can action it month by month if you like but best to leave it at 0 for the full year.
The events are in bold, if you want to not summaries one particular event just click on it to remove the bold.
(in the above example it will action the full year 2014 and ignore CON and CRD events)
Click on Progress to action.
Once completed, Click on Cancel to return to the main menu.
