SAS-8376 - Suspend clockings even if the WIP is in use Print

The system is now able to suspend clocking even if another user is in the WIP.

In the past, the report results to an error when suspending a clocking for a WIP that is in use. A fix is now available to prevent this error.

The WL U20 report needs to be update with the following:

Special overlay - CS/AKovS

Add the following derived lines:
