Creating a Loan Car : Systime Support

In order to create a Loan Car - you would need to create a vehicle - follow these steps before being able to create a vehicle.

Once a vehicle is created ensure the status of this vehicle is S- Vehicle in Stock

Now you have created the vehicle in CRM, you will need to connect this to a loan car in Point of Sale.

Select "Create Vehicle"

Locate vehicle created ensure - vehicle type is Courtesy and Loan car group selected H and Active. Once saved this can be used.

TIP: Check filters and location if unable to see loan vehicles.

Common issue - is trying to close booking on old bookings. Solution: Check the vehicle in and then out again.
