This can be done from Sales Ledger / Add modify customer
Click on the Create button to create a new customer.
The user will need to first create the company record in marketing

Select CRM-company.
Search whether the customer record already exists in the database - click on the Company search ellipsis button.


Type the Company name in the Word search box.

The Create button is activated giving the user the option to create a new Company record.

Enter the relevant details and click on the Save button.

Select Link-record; this will transfer information from the Marketing record to the Debtor account.

Complete relevant information, such as:
Account type
Control account
Category code
Discount code
Analysis code
