Menu pricing ‘job kits’ can be used to add parts and labour items on to a job with one menu code.

When creating the menu price item, both the parts and labour items must already exist in Autoline, or on the price file (when it is a part).

To create the menu price ‘kit’, go to Manufacturer systems > 00 Global data > Menu pricing.

Click on the Create button on the right. The cursor will be in the Menu code box, for you to give it a unique code name. This is the code that you will enter in to the point of sale new product box to call your menu pricing kit.

You will then need to select the Company that the kit is to be used in. If you select 00 Global data, it will be available in all companies that are set up on your Autoline pack.

Work your way through the fields entering the information.

NOTE: not all fields need to be filed out.

Click on Save to save/create the record.

When adding the menu on to the WIP, click on the ellipses button in the New product box and select Menus.

Search for or type in your menu code and click on OK.

The menu code items will then be loaded on to your WIP.
