There are situations when you need to move a customer from one branch to another. This article explains the steps you need to move a customer to another branch.


1.Update Customer Department Details


In CRM > My desktop load a customer then navigate to Additional Details tab, in Edit mode, change Account field then double click on bottom rows and Change Branch, department and contact executive then hit save and save CRM record.



2.Update linked Vehicle Information


Go to linked Vehicle in CRM and in Edit mode update Sales exec, Branch, Aftersales exec and Branch information and save the record.
