If needing to update a user's kclient. There are 2 options.
Most easiest is to force a user to update via Autoline. This is done via Panic file viewer.
Utiliites, Panic file viewer: 
There is a tab: Kclient Update
You will see the latest version available on the pack to push out to users.
You can also see other helpful information such as their current version, their latest log on and the machine used.
