From reservation screen identify the rego of the machine/vehicle for maintenance booking
Take Maintenace
Enter the registration, Schedule maintenance as requires by entering date and time
Take OK
Update agreement screen if required >Save>Exit
Take Open and select your agreement by double clicking
Select the maintenanceicon next to POS company/WIP
Choose appropriate Point of Sale Company - if you have access to more than one
Select appropriate department if you have access to more than one
Select account tab and enter or search for Rental maintenance account
Add labour or repairs as required
Save WIp
WIP is now attached to Rental agreement
Start Agreement on scheduled day as required
