I. Trade Club Number
A file in MS/HO called tcacc holds the mapping between sales ledger accounts and Trade Club numbers. This mapping is important for the system to be able to identify which accounts will have the special trade club prices.
Users can view this in SL Account > Honda Specifics tab.
To amend the Trade Club Number of an account, go to Sales Ledger > Add/Modify Accounts. Click Amend. Go to Honda Specifics tab and enter the Trade Club Number.
II. Trade Club Pricing and Rebate
Two new fields were added to the Honda master price file: Trade Club Price and Trade Club Rebate.
These two fields are included in the Honda price file and will be imported into the master price file when the Automatic Price File Update is run.
III. How it works in Point of Sale
When a Trade Club account is loaded on a WIP and a Honda part number is entered, the system will use the special Honda Trade Club Price in the master price file.
