Processing the Master Price File
There are three main steps to processing a Master Price File.
- Uploading the raw price file onto the Autoline server (automatically done)
- Updating the raw file into the Master Price File
- Updating the stock file(s) from the Master Price File.
The “Automatic price file update” process enables these three steps to be completed quickly and automatically.
Manufacturers Systems / Holden > Parts price file menu > Automatic price file update
To run the price file update select the job type of FULL and then the green tick button on the left of the screen. The price file will be automatically imported into the Autoline system and processed.
Upon exiting the Update price file screen the system will automatically update the stock file as shown below.
Upon exiting the Update price file screen the system will automatically update the supersession file as shown below.
