Deposits are taken against a person who may be linked to a company.

In a VOSA to add a deposit you will not be able to find the deposit taken if the Delivery information is set to use the Company address.


In order to find and attach a deposit you will need to change the Delivery Information from "Use Company address" to "Use Customer address"


On the Showroom Enquires screen select Edit > Other details

Click on All deposits and click on Add

Find the deposit and click on OK

Once the deposit is attached, click on OK

Once this has been done you can go back to the Delivery details and change this to "Use Company address"
