Required Set-up (Done by Systime)
1. Set up the generic file transfer in MS/RE.
2. Set up the parameters in MS/RE > Menu Pricing administrator

Import and update the menu pricing (Done by Systime)
Go to MS/RE > Service > Menu Pricing administrator > Select the POS company > Click on Data Import Icon > Click on Next on the Data Import And Conversion
Click on Next
Click on Next on the Converting HSMP.txt task
Once completed click on Finish
Create / Update Fluid mapping (Maintained by users)
MS/RE > Service > Menu Pricing administrator > Select the POS company. Click on Fluid Mapping.
Select the fluid that you want to map by right-clicking on the item. Click Amend.
You can map the fluid to either a Part number or an RTS Code
Using Renault Service Menus in Point of Sale
For the Renault menu pricing to work in Point of Sale, the vehicle should have a valid service model code and RE in MS Company field.
For example: Rego NTR613 has a service model of EV0F. It's MS Company is RE
Create a WIP with a Renault vehicle. Select the manufacturer RE. Click on New Product and select Menus.
The Shopping Basket will open. Select Menu Pricing option.
The menu pricing screen will appear > Select the menu that you want to use then click Select.
The details of the menu will show in the Shopping Basket. You can expand on the menu or double-click a line to see more details. Click OK to load the menu on the WIP.
The Menu will be loaded on the WIP
