MS/BM → Aftersales menu → Stock reports menu → Stock structure export
Select your Stock management company number > This will run automatically and once completed will give you the number of stock records that have been extracted
As per the Interface file for File code "BMWPARTS" this will transfer the File to your PC.
The stock / Parts Locator BMW parts will be found in C:\rev8work with the file name given
The file will contain :
