Backup files still exist - CALL KCC NOW! is an error you can get when you roll the period for NL.

When you roll the NL period a side ways copy of files is taken to NLEOP directory $BASE/nleop eg. /user1/NBAYS/nleop.  Once the period has been rolled these files are cleared out again, should the process fall over the files can be left in the directory causing the error shown below:   



**Important**

You need to check to make sure that the NL roll had not started, check b/fwd balances on Monthly accounts had not started to be generated and that the history files have not been created.

If the roll has started you may need to restore back to the original files if you are able to eg. no processing has happened since the roll.  

If satisfied the roll had not actually started, delete the files in the nleop directory and you will be able to roll the NL Period.
