Nissan NZ will supply each dealer with a new parts file. See example below:

Processing the Master Price File

There are four main steps to processing a Master Price File.

  1. Uploading the raw price file onto the Autoline server
  2. Updating the raw file into the Master Price File
  3. Updating the stock file(s) from the Master Price File.
  4. Building the Supersession Chain File

The “Automatic price file update” process enables these 4 steps to be completed quickly and easily.

NOTE:   The new price files must be placed in the folder “C:\rev8work”. Unzip the file and name it  “DLRPRICE.TXT”

Navigate as follows in Autoline if you do not have an icon on your desktop

Manufacturers Systems / Nissan  > Parts price file menu

 Automatic price file update

To run the price file update select the green tick button on the left of the screen.

Select the price file. Click Open.

This message will show after a successful Price File Import.  Click OK. Then Exit

Depending on the set-up, the Stock File can be updated automatically after importing the price file.

Upon exiting the Update price file screen the system will automatically update the stock file as shown below.

The last step of updating the supersession file requires the user to select OK as shown below.

If the automatic Update of Stock File does not occur, it is due to the setting.  You can run it manually by going to

Manufacturers Systems / Nissan  > Parts price file menu > Update Stock from Price File

By manually running it, you can choose which company and fields you want to update
