Kia Service Recall Campaign (SAS-4418)



To process new Recall Campaign Files

1. Save the file in your local PC as .xls



 

2. Import the file. Go to MS/KM > Recall Campaign Menu > Import service recall file. Select the correct POS company.

Click Import.  Select the file to import.



 

3.  Convert the file by clicking the Convert button




A summary will display after Conversion is completed.



 

You can view the service recall campaign in MS/KM > Recall Campaign Menu > Campaign Maintenance. Select POS Company

When a vehicle with outstanding recall is loaded on a WIP, a case file may appear for user's information.



 

A pop-up screen will appear prompting user to load the service recall on the WIP.  Tick Load then click Load.



 

When the WIP is saved, the Campaign Status screen will pop-up.  



 

The status of the campaign is updated automatically



 

When the WIP is invoiced, the status of the campaign also changed to Completed.
