Within CRM, Spend Analysis provides an analysis of expenditure for the selected customer based on all sales transactions that have been processed through the Showroom and Point of Sale modules.

To view the information, load your customer in CRM and then from Customer Options on the toolbar select Spend Analysis.






DepartmentsLists the cost centre/departments in CRM, if a department has Spend Analysis the entries are highlighted.
Gross

Details the full sale value less any delivery charge and GST.

Net

Details the full sale value less any discount, delivery and GST.

Margin and %

Shows the profit in the vehicle minus the delivery charge and also expresses this as a percentage %.

Date range

Allows you to specify the date range you wish to report on including a time frame as shown below: 

The information can also be viewed for each vehicle owned by a customer by selecting the vehicle icon and using the drop down to select the vehicle required.
