How to raise a support ticket from Autoline

You can now contact support directly from Autoline*

Look for the "Support" button on the far right of your main desktop screen



Select "Log a Support Ticket" and the Ticket Submission page will load.



Follow the prompts on the ticket submission page, enter your contact details along with a description of your query and attach any relevant screen shots

Select "Submit" to send directly to support, the confirmation page will appear letting you know that a support consultant will look at your query as soon as possible.




* Available with the latest Autoline upgrade currently being rolled out to customers.
