To link a customer record to a vehicle record in CRM you will need to -

  • Select CRM from the Master Menu
  • Select My Desktop from the CRM Menu
  • Click the Vehicle icon from the list on the left hand side, search and load the vehicle vehicle record. You will see the blank Sales contact/Aftersales contact/Driver fields
  • Click the edit icon and click into the blank Driver contact field, this will open the search option seen below : Search for the customer and once found select the customer and click on Load



  • Repeat this action for the Aftersales contact , Driver and Joint Owner fields and click the Save icon

The customer record will now be linked to the vehicle record.
