Preview or run your monthly depreciation in the Asset Register

This option enables you to preview the effect on the company's assets of the next depreciation run by taking "Report Only". No postings are generated.
It also allows you to perform actual depreciation by taking "Update and Report", updating the Asset Register with the new figures and making the appropriate postings to the Nominal Ledger.
During this process you will have the opportunity to adjust the posting date.
