1.1          Linking a Vehicle to a Customer

In the CRM Module select the vehicle record you want to attach to a customer.



In Edit mode, click on the Sales contact. Search for the customer you want the vehicle to be linked to and then click Load.



 

The linked customer will be displayed in the Sales contact field.

Repeat the process for the Aftersales contact and the Driver links.

Save the record.

NB: If you search and link the Driver contact first, this will fill out the Sales contact, Aftersales contact and Driver contact all at the same time.

1.2          Linking a Customer to a Company

Select the customer record you want to link to a company.




In Edit mode click on Company icon in CRM shortcuts.




Use the Search screen to locate the company you want to link the customer to and then click Load.




The company name is displayed in the Company field on the Additional Details tab.




Save the record.

1.3       Linking a Company to a Parent Company

The Parent Company must be already created in the system. In Edit mode select Parent-Company from Company options on the menu bar. The following message will appear.




Click Yes to attach a parent company or No to exit.

Use the Search screen to locate the company you want to link the company to and then click Load.



The linked parent company will be displayed in the Parent company field on the Additional Details tab.
