There are a couple of places in Autoline where you can edit a technicians availability.
You may want to take them out of the workshops available hours for training or holidays etc.
The availability reasons are setup in Workshop Loading > Adjusted availability reasons.
If new reasons need to be added, then you can click on the Create button. Give it a unique code and description etc and click on OK to save the record.
The technicians availability can be edited from point of sale or from workshop loading.
Point of sale
Click on the Loading button, then select Load.
Go in to the day you want to edit the availability on. Right click on the technician and select edit availability.
The adjusted availability radio button should default in the edit section. Click on the day you want to adjust and then select the reason and click ok, then the Save button at the top of the screen.
This will then update the workshop loading calendar and remove the availability (and hours) from the day(s) chosen.
You can also select a range of consecutive dates be right clicking on a day and select Un-avaiable from here
then right click on the end date and select ...to here. Update with the availability reason.
You can also adjust the availability from the Holiday planner button in the first workshop loading grid.
Click on the day you want to edit, select the reason and then OK to update
Workshop loading
You can also make the changes from Workshop loading > Resource availability.
Select the technician from the drop down menu, and click Open.
Make sure the Adjusted availability radio button is selected. Click on the day(s) to adjustand select the reason and click OK. The process will be the same as what is outlined above for point of sale.
