How to re-instate a CR< vehicle record marked for deletion
CRM / My Desktop
When searching for a registration number the
record will be marked with a * if it is set for deletion
CRM / Reports & Enquiries / Enquiries Menu / Vehicle Selection by owner
To obtain the vehicle magic number paste in the following as shown (replacing the registration number with the one you are searching for):
DISPLAY 1MAGIC 1REGNO IF 1REGNO = "FTM253"
Take Check Query
Then Proceed
The Vehicle Magic number will be displayed, in this example 242807
CRM / My Desktop
Select "Vehicle" on the side panel and enter the magic number
On the current tab, change the status of the vehicle from Delete Vehicle Record & Marked for deletion to "Current Vehicle" and "Live record"
