How do I add pictures to Franchise Data models or variants? Print

Pictures can be added to models and variants which will then display in the Showroom module

To do this you should:

Select Franchise data from the Master Menu
Select Model codes if you want to add a picture to a model, or Model variants if you want to add a picture to a variant
Search for and select the appropriate model or variant using the search ellipse
Left-click on the Amend button so that the record can be amended
Select the Picture tab
Left-click on the ellipse in the Picture field and the select picture form is displayed
A list of picture format files that are in the your local work directory are displayed on the left of the form - under Pictures on PC

The local work directory path will be displayed above these files
The picture file that you wish to add to the Model or Variant record must be in this directory
Select the required Picture file by left clicking on the file
To transfer the Picture from the local PC to the server click on the Transfer button
Left-click on OK to attach the Picture to the record
Left-click on Save to save the attached picture to the record
