You can use the steps in this article to print out the receipts for the customers from whom you have received an on-account payment.
From the Autoline main menu, please choose Cash Postings & Allocation:
Please fill Account related information including bank account, references, posting date and amount which are receiving from the customer
Go to Post on account tab and click on Add, fill in the references and amount and then click on Ok
Once you have added a line to be posted on account, Receipt button in the header will become active:
Please Click on Receipt to produce a receipt for the customer.
