Transactions are still showing in the archive transaction file instead of the previous year when performing a transaction enquiry

When period 1 to period 2 is run the transactions in the PREVIOUS YEAR are moved into a directory with the other previous years and are given a header of the year. The transactions from the archive file which then contains period 1-12 of the previous year are moved into the PREVIOUS YEAR ATRAN/OTRAN file. The archive file is then cleared down and the transactions from period 1 of the current year are moved into there.
