Trade in's can be included or excluded in VOSA's. Should you notice that the Trade in is not printing on the VOSA or the Total equity is not reduced, this could be due to the Trade in not being included.

  • Recall your VOSA either from Showroom or within CRM
  • Load the relevant VOSA order and display it
  • Click in the Trade-in details section
  • The Registration Number of the trade-in will be displayed

Check the INC? field immediately to the left hand side of the registration number

If there is a tick in this field it will include it if there is no tick it will not be included.



The order will have to be amended and reprinted to save any amendments.
