When attempting to use the Stock Search within Showroom to generate a VOSA for a stocked vehicle, you may receive the error message that the stocked vehicle could not be found.
The system will not be able to find a vehicle in a Showroom search that is already in stock if there is no associated Selling Price with the vehicle.
To check the vehicle and update the Selling Price, you will want to navigate to the Vehicle Stockbooks menu and open Vehicle Administration.
Search and open the Stock Record that you were attempting to locate through Showroom. Once you have loaded the vehicle in question, access the Specification tab. Open up the Vehicle Price line and update the Invoice Value so that it is not Zero.
The Vehicle Price must be any value, except Zero, to be able to be located through the Showroom Stock Search.
